My office has several networked computers, all connected to the internet and all running Windows® XP and the most current Norton antivirus.  When my desktop, wouldn’t shut down, I thought something bad had to be going on. Simultaneously, my notebook computer stopped connecting to the network and was running so slowly it was hardly worth using.  I am an electrical engineer and I always like to try fixing things myself, but this problem was not something I was able to figure out quickly and I didn’t want to spend too much of my valuable time trying to fix it.  I wanted an efficient fix.  I also wanted to make sure that I fixed it before I lost important data and information and was immobilized by a computer disaster that a professional should never allow to happen.

I called CWC and they fixed my computers.  There were all sorts of parasites living off my computers and CWC exterminated them all.  In the space of a few hours, they fixed two computers and gave me some excellent advice and tools to help stay out of trouble.  CWC was efficient; they did exactly what I needed.  CWC is knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with.
